Returns Policy

We want you to love your MagSnap magnets! If your order arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Because our products are custom-made with your personal images, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if incorrect images were uploaded.

How to Return

To initiate a return for a defective item:

• Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
• Email info@magsnap.co.za with your order number and photos of the defect.
• Once approved, please return the item to us within 14 days.
